When unable to visit our library, you may request that the volunteer librarians research for you. A minimum fee of $10.00 is required and advance payment must accompany request.

To help us research your request, please include the following:

• Print our research request form, filling out as much as possible, or include a family group sheet.
• Supply full names when known
• Give approximate dates
• Be as specific in location as possible
• **NOTE Data from your charts, along with any research done by our staff, may be added to our databases for future reference**
• Please enclose a SASE for your return copies and mail to 408 N. Main, Paris, IL, 61944
• Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for response
